CH Zodiak was officially opened on the 24th of February 2006. It is located in the heart of Stargard, Wyszynskiego/Barnima Street.

CH Zodiak is a shopping center with four floors above the ground floor, the car park in the underground part and parking behind the building. In the immediate surroundings of Zodiak there is the communication infrastructure (railway station, bus station, communication MZK).

Zodiak features interesting architecture and interesting solutions inside the building. The attractiveness of the facility increases easy communication between different floors. The movement of people between the ground floor and first floor takes place both by escalators and a lift. The movement between following floors is assured by lift or staircase. Usable area of the entire facility is about 6 710 m2.
